Gregory is the author of three dozen novels for adults and children, including Wicked, which inspired the Broadway play, and Cress Watercress. A lifelong advocate of literacy and literature education, Maguire is a second-generation Greek-American and he serves as Chair of the Honorary Board of THE EXAMINED LIFE.
