Financial Aid

THE EXAMINED LIFE awards a limited number of generous stipends available to educators:

• New to ExL
• Currently employed in a school, library or other educational facility

Stipends are deducted from your land costs and are awarded first come, first served.

Other possible funding sources include:    

• Fund for Teachers – sponsored by the National Education Association.
• American Classical League – limited to members and teachers of Greek, Latin and the Classics.
• Members of The Classical Association of New England (CANE) can apply for awards up to $1500 for current and retired teachers for personal enrichment.
• Travel Grants and Fellowships for Educators, Edutopia
• Some school districts provide stipends and fellowships through their educational foundations.
